While browsing random recipes on the internet, I found this one. Pretty easy.. :)

Ingredients:
- 1-2 chicken breasts, cut in small dice.
- 4-6 mushrooms, chopped in small pieces, boiled for a while, put aside.
- 1-2 pak choy
- 4-5 garlic cloves, pressed and then minced.
- 1 spring onion, minced
- 2 chicken blocks
- egg noodle or regular noodle sold at Tesco would work.
- vegetable oil
- salty soy sauce
- sweet soy sauce
- pepper powder
- salt
Method:
- Boil 1 L of water with 2 chicken blocks, set aside.
- Heat 4 tbsp of vegetable oil, add garlic, stir for a while until it smells good.
- Add 2 tbsp of salty soc sauce and 3 tbsp of water, stir for a while, set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add chicken dice, fry for a while.
- Add mushrooms, stir with the chicken for about 3 minutes.
- Take around 2 cups of the prepared chicken broth, then add into the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce, stir well.
- Cook until the chicken's done, then set aside.
- Boil the egg noodle (or regular noodle).
- When the noodle's almost done, add pak choy into the pan, stir for less than a minute. Then, strain them, put them in a bowl.
- Put some cooked chicken and mushroom with the gravy on top of it, and the garlic as well.
- Put the minced spring onion on top as well, if you like.
